Makers of small-batch spirits, Bavay honour the craft of spirit making via the use of traditional and exotic methods. Monica, Bavay Distillery’s 500-litre copperpot still, concocts small batches of gin, vodka, rum and whisky, each imbued with a quintessential Queensland spirit. Their 120-capacity bar space is the perfect place to sip on a cocktail from their extensive offering and snack on their tapas-style bites.

Opening Hours

Friday – 3:00pm to 6:30pm (Rum Blending Classes also run via booking Friday evenings 6pm)

Saturday – 12:00pm to 9:00pm (3pm Gin blending class, plus 2 x tours and tastings at 12pm & 1pm via website booking)
